Overview YoWorld Price Tracker is a free, fan-made Chrome extension. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.

Data We Collect

Anonymous User ID When you first install the extension, a random anonymous ID is generated and stored in your browser's local storage. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information. It is used only to track your buy/sell list preferences and price submissions.

Price Submissions If you choose to submit a price log, the submitted price and your anonymous ID are stored in our database. No personal information is attached to this data. By default price logs will automatically be sent to the community as a request, this can be turned off via the settings tab.

Buy and Sell Lists Your buy and sell list preferences are stored locally on your device and in our database against your anonymous ID only.

Data We Do Not Collect

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your YoWorld account information
• Any payment information
• Your location

Third Party Services This extension uses Supabase to store anonymous pricing data. You can read Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

This extension also queries api.yoworld.info (a public YoWorld item-data API) to search for items and retrieve item details. No personal information or anonymous ID is sent with these requests.

Data Retention Anonymous usage data is retained for up to 365 days of inactivity, after which it is automatically deleted.
